A “Crowns’ Merchant” is a merchant located in a town or city in the world of Tamriel and sells items that have a value outside of The Elder Scrolls® Online. These items include pets, mounts, cosmetic items, and weapons. Players can buy certain items at Crowns’ Merchants using Crowns.
Crowns are available from the Crown Store at Crown Store. Available only on certain releases of The Elder Scrolls® Online. The Crown Store is not available in all regions. If you are purchasing a Crown from the Crown Store, you are responsible for any applicable taxes and charges.
Crowns may not be redeemed for cash or tradeable items in the in-game Crown Shop, including virtual currency, which may be redeemed for a variety of content in The Elder Scrolls Online.
